I Absolutely love this shop. The clean establishment and the friendly staff make this my go to place on the daily. I am just surprised they do not know me by name yet. Lol.

Grand Prairie Smoothie King never disappoints. The staff is always welcoming, the service is quick, and my smoothie comes out fresh every single time. The store is clean, the energy is great, and they make sure you leave satisfied. Definitely my go‑to spot for a healthy daily pick‑me‑up in GP.

Never had issues with this location until today. Went through drive-thru, waited around 25ish minutes with 2 cars infront. Gave them the benefit of doubt and thought they are probably understaffed. Once we pulled up to the menu board, we were waiting again as we watched the 2 cars in front of us pay and get their orders. Giving them time to do their thing, we waited but heard nothing and had a line of cars behind us. We tried to get someone's attention by saying something, but still nothing so we went to the window. We got to the window, the person inside starts taking the order of the car behind us, ignoring us. Crazy lol we just went to Bahama Bucks after.

I visited the Smoothie King at 1205 E. Arkansas Ln. in Grand Prairie on June 13th approximately 3:40 PM and I have to say I was very very disappointed in the customer service. Nadia was rude from the sour look on her face, to her getting annoyed because I gave her my phone to scan for my reward points, I was not greeted with a hello nor a thank you. I’ve never experienced customer service like that at any Smoothie King and this has got to be the worst. The smoothie was great, but I won’t be coming back just because of the horrible customer service.

I visited on February 22. I placed a pickup order and arrived early. When I arrived they were clearly busy so I sat down and waited to be served. No staff greeted me but they clearly saw me come in as all of them (4 employees) turned to look at me then went back to their rush. I have worked in food/retail, I get the pressures and stress of a rush. When things started to calm down two more people walked in after me and were served before me, so I went to the counter to see why I had not been served. Turns out my smoothie was ready they just thought it was for a man. Im named after my dad and even if I wasnt the commentary was unnecessary, rude and showed a lack of customer service skills. I should have got a refund cause the smoothie wasn't even made right. I left a survey of my experience. Then the manager called me today (Feb. 24th) with an attitude, was dismissive of my experience by saying "I heard from my staff so I have to call and ask your side", and said what I could have done differently instead of what her staff SHOULD have done then hung up on me instead of trying to make it right. Unacceptable and tasteless of her and the staff member involved. Keep in mind I never raise
